- NIYSO is the most affordable sports league for children in the Northern Illinois/South-Eastern Wisconsin area. We offer flag football leagues, cheerleading, basktetball and elite athletic training for boys and girls aged 5-14. Visit www.niffl.org for more info. The North Shore Elite Academy trains youth in flag football and cheerleading year round. This program is a subsidiary of NIYSO.
